Pain in abdomen since 2month....acidity and constipation..
Motion..pass of soft stool much straining...
Burning in chest...chest pain after exertion..

Urin pass drop by drop....no other complaining pain or burning....

Palpation_ tightness in abd..
N pain
Thirst_ 2 _2 1/2 lit in a day.
