40yrs old woman with pain in abdomen since 4yrs

Pain in abd.. since 3_4yrs...n left side of abdomen...
Nausea and vomiting...
constipation...sometimes stool pass in much straining...even soft stool...
Burning in upper abdomen...
Anxiety...
Burning during micturation since 1yr...urine pass drop by drop...
Burning hand and leg since 1yrs...

3days/25d cycle /regular/ normal flow
During menses patient complaining of nausea n vomiting
Anxiety
Vertigo....pain in leg and hand...stretching type pain since 4_5days....
